From early 2016 till late 2022, I worked with the wonderful late great Bill Granger and his wife and co-founder Natalie Elliott Granger as Global Project Manager for their restaurants, Granger & Co. and bills.

I worked closely with Bill and Natalie, their development chefs and the on-site ops teams to help to implement projects in the UK, Korea, Hawaii, Japan and Australia.
